A prototype of an infrared heating station has been developed, the principle of which is based on the combustion of natural gas in a special porous body, the design of which can turn up to 75% of thermal energy into an infrared radiation stream. The porous body is placed in a reflector that focuses the radiation and provides directional heating or drying of various surfaces or elements. When burning natural gas, the environmental impact is minimal - the emission of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides meets the most stringent environmental standards.

New generation infrared heating station.

For a number of parameters, this station with a capacity of 20 kilowatts is significantly superior to world analogues, fully autonomous and automated. Due to the unique properties of the porous material based on nickel and aluminum, obtained by the method of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis, the station has a high efficiency, consumes very little energy, which makes its use economically profitable.

The method of obtaining a unique porous material for a new generation infrared heating station is protected by know-how.

This station can be used as heat sources for conveyor drying of bulk materials, in paper production, for industrial baking of confectioneries. It can also be used for heating of industrial premises, street objects, repair and construction work.
